Welcome to MacroLogic, a nutrition tracking mobile application developed by Freedom Coast Innovations.

By downloading, installing, or using MacroLogic (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About MacroLogic

MacroLogic is a nutrition tracking application that helps users log food, track calories and macronutrients, analyze meals using AI, and view nutrition trends.

2. No Medical or Nutritional Advice

The calorie and macro estimates provided by MacroLogic are general estimates only. They are calculated using standard formulas (such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation) and publicly available nutritional data.

These estimates are not personalized medical advice and are not a substitute for professional dietary or medical guidance. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet.

3. AI Meal Analysis

When you use the AI photo analysis feature, your meal photo is temporarily sent to our processing service for analysis. We do not store your photos long-term unless you explicitly choose to save the meal with the attached photo.

AI analysis results are estimates and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all nutrition information before logging it.

4. Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks associated with using MacroLogic and any dietary or lifestyle decisions you make based on information in the App. MacroLogic and its developers are not liable for any health issues, injuries, or damages resulting from your use of the App.

5. User Content & Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the food and nutrition data you enter. MacroLogic is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data (including USDA data), AI analysis results, or user-entered information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software in MacroLogic are the property of Freedom Coast Innovations or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of MacroLogic is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here:

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. We will notify users of any major changes. Your continued use of MacroLogic after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
